7. CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

9. WARRANTY

Apart from the above case, the user has the right to return the products he purchased and request their replacement with other identical products to those ordered, their correction, if possible, or the refund of the price paid: a) in all cases in which, with proven fault of the company, products other or substantially different from those ordered were delivered to him b) in all cases in which there was proven a defect in the product delivered to him or its agreed property is missing, the product is under warranty and is not otherwise provided for by the warranty.
