From September 6th to 14th, Thessaloniki becomes the beating heart of business, culture, and innovation as it hosts the 89th Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF). This year is no ordinary fair it marks the 100-year anniversary of the institution, making it one of the most significant editions yet.
With 1,100 exhibitors, 33,000 sq. m. of exhibition space, and 19 international participations, the 2025 fair reflects both the history and the future of Greek and global enterprise.
A Century of Progress
This year’s TIF isn’t just about commerce; it’s a celebration of 100 years of creativity, entrepreneurship, and resilience. Visitors can experience an audiovisual journey through the fair’s history at Pavilion 16, tracing its path from 1925 to today.
Innovation and Business at the Forefront
The fair highlights Greek entrepreneurship with the participation of 44 Chambers of Commerce and more than 350 small and medium-sized businesses. International representation remains strong, with companies from Europe, Asia, and Africa bringing global perspective and opportunity.
One of the standout attractions is AutoThessaloniki, a dynamic showcase of the newest car models from major automotive brands. Meanwhile, the Technology, Research & Innovation pavilion bridges academia and industry, even welcoming four pioneering robots developed in Greece to guide and interact with visitors.
Beyond Business
The fair has always been more than an economic event. This year’s program includes cultural tributes, such as a major concert honoring Mikis Theodorakis on September 9, and daily live music events featuring some of Greece’s most beloved artists. Families can enjoy JuniorLand, with interactive performances and creative workshops for children, while the Hobby Festival brings together enthusiasts of every kind.
